A Little About Bec
Bec is a former ballerina, Nutritionist and Accredited Practicing Dietitian to be. Since retiring from ballet she has turned her pain into purpose and finds joy and fulfilment in supporting women on their journey to optimal wellbeing. She hopes to provide others with the guidance and knowledge that she felt that she lacked outside of the studio.
