How do I care for my garment?

Our garments are consciously designed and made by hand, for you. A cold, gentle hand wash is recommended. Avoid tumble drying, ironing and bleach.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges of garments at this stage. Please purchase mindfully.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, at this stage.

Where do you ship to and how long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

byBec offers worldwide shipping to limited destinations, at this stage. All orders are dispatched from Australia. Shipping costs are applied at checkout.

III. International shipping (6-27 business days).

Will I be charged customs and import taxes?

The buyer is responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply to domestic or international orders over a certain value. GST (10%) is included in garment pricing.
