Papaya Bowl

This recipe is one of my favourite gut-loving snacks abundant in fibre, antioxidants, polyphenols, probiotics and more...

 

Ingredients:

I. Papaya

II. Soy yoghurt

III. Granola

IV. 1 serving of fruit (optional)

 

Method:

I. Halve a papaya (serves 2)

II. Remove the papaya seeds using a spoon

III. Add 2 heaped tablespoons of yoghurt to one half of your papaya

IV. Fill the remaining half with granola

V. Top with a serving of fruit of your choice i.e. passionfruit
